2026 CLC Poetry Contest/Concours de Poésie

Hello everyone/Bonjour tout le monde!

Exciting news to share... yo boi has won honourable mention in the 2026 CLC poetry contest! I'm honestly kind of surprised, because there were doubtless many other excellent poems submitted... but it means a lot the jury connected with and enjoyed my piece. Beyond the bragging rights, this means I'll also get the opportunity to present my poem "i was there/j'étais là" on April 25th at the Milner Library (complete details on the bottom of my homepage). The other CLC winners will also be performing, as well a suite of emerging poets. I highly reccomend if you like poetry. And a good time ;)

J'ai hâte de partager une annonce... ton mec a gagné un mention honorable dans le concours de poésie du CLC 2026! Honnêtement, il m'a surprise un peu parce qu'il y était sans doute beacoup des soumissions magnifiques... mais, il me fait heureux que le jury aime ma poésie et se connecte avec lui. En addition du prix, je vais partager ma poème "i was there/j'étais là" à 25 avril, dans la bibliothèque Milner (tous les détails au dessous de page ici). Tous les vainqueurs du prix CLC préformeraient leur poèmes, avec les autre poètes émergents. À mon avis, tu ne voulais pas le manque! Il sera un aprèm excellent ;)
