Happiness Reflected Volume 3 is offically out! (Actually, it has been for a bit but I've been too busy to post about it don't come at me XD) For those who don't know, Happiness Reflected is a project put on by the UofA Days of Action in observance of International Happiness Day (March 20th). Because nothing spreads happiness like giving a bunch of artists a publishing opportunity haha (and people enjoy reading/looking at it, we hope). Check out Publications for a link to this year's chapbook; it is filled with a bunch of amazing creative people (and also me). If you happen to be on the UofA campus, there are also posters of all the works hanging in the libraries (I would bet good money mine is in the Law Library for the third year in a row).
Tomorrow from 7-8:30 pm there will be a poetry show for this project at Student Lounge, Old Arts Building, University of Alberta. I won't be there (I wish I could make it!), but it is sure to be a great time. This also marks my third year getting involved in this project. It's truly been a great opportunity being able to share my work on campus like this. It also helps force me to write poems that aren't depressing, which is probably good for my mental health XD So here's to many more years of happy poems!
